Our team currently consists of around 35 people: editors, project managers, people taking care of our community, our finances, our communication coming from many different countries of Europe.
Many of us are based in Berlin working in our head quarters or from home. However, we also have colleagues based in Kyiv, Sofia, Palma de Mallorca, etc.
We are happy, that we seem to be able to create good team vibes even though we don't meet at the coffee machine every day. We give our best to enable good communication, clarity of roles and structures, and, most importantly, trust.
Our salaries are moderate, but we are working hard to improve them step by step... This is compensated by a great deal of flexibility, and most importantly, the bunch of dedicated and cool people gathered around a cause that is so connected to the challenges of our time.
